By accessing or using GoodLoss, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

GoodLoss is a community-run statistics, ranking, and companion service for Among Us modded games. Accounts are created through Keycloak SSO, and game data is submitted by authorised mods (GLMod, MedBot, Challenger, Ranked).

2. Account Registration

You must have a Steam account linked to your profile to use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information and update it when necessary.
The service is not intended for users under 13 years of age.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorised automation, or tamper with game results, ELO, or rankings.
Impersonate another user, harass, threaten, or harm other users.
Post or transmit hateful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content (including usernames).
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, scrape data beyond the documented API, or disrupt the infrastructure.
Reverse-engineer or redistribute the service or its assets without permission.

4. Moderation and Sanctions

We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, suspend, or delete any account that violates these Terms, with or without prior notice. Bans may be temporary or permanent. ELO/rank resets may be applied when cheating is detected.

5. User-Generated Content

You remain the owner of any content you create (e.g. usernames, avatars). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The site's source code, design, and original assets are the property of the editor. Among Us and related marks are the property of Innersloth LLC; this site is a non-affiliated fan project.

7. Availability and Changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Features, rankings, seasons, and mods may change, be reset, or be removed at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the editor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, loss of rank, or service interruptions.

9. Termination

You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may terminate an account that violates these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to mandatory consumer-law protections.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
